This document has been sitting in an obscure section of Evaluation Uncertainty for a long time. As part of some redesign work, I’m pulling it out of its hidden cubbyhole and posting it as a regular blog entry. It explains how I would evaluate a conference, and  is organized around three stakeholders: 1) attendees, 2) exhibitors, and 3) sponsors. I pitched it to a potential customer a long time ago, alas to no avail. It went over like a lead balloon. If anybody thinks they can use it, have at it.
